Today's -FUPPETS- Video Of The Day is a classic title track, off of Television's LP, Marquee Moon. Sometimes, an album or a band is hyped by people who name-drop it, who reference it as a marker of quality at some time or other. Two similar acts from the same time period seem to always be lumped together. That would be Tom Verlaine's Television, and Richard Hell's Voidoids.
As far as -FUPPETS- is concerned, the LP Marquee Moon is far and away the better album, in comparison to Blank Generation. However, as far as the two title tracks go, they are both fabulous songs. Here they are performed by the original bad-asses themselves.
