Rudy Ray Moore, better known for his persona of Dolemite, has died at the age of 81 due to complications from diabetes.
-FUPPETS- will fondly remember Dolemite's pervasive profanity and vulgarity and will always hold it dear. With his kung fu bitches and wicked rhymes, Dolemite ripped shit up in ways we are still trying to comprehend.
Rudy Ray Moore perfected his Dolemite act in comedy clubs, recording his routines and releasing albums of his comedy, most of which had excellently perverted cover art. (click to enlarge)
He took the money from his records, around $100,000, and financed Dolemite the movie.
